摘　　要：常减压装置是炼油厂的龙头装置,常压炉是常减压装置的核心设备。保证常压炉的安全平稳高效运转,有利于炼油厂的节能降耗增效。支路平衡控制通过均衡常压炉各支路的流量,使各支路温差很小,从而提高炉管使用寿命,以达到常压炉长周期运行的目的。The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the leading device in an oil refinery. Atmospheric furnace is the core equipment of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. To ensure the safety,smooth and efficient operation of the atmospheric furnace,it is beneficial to the energy saving and consumption reducing and efficiency increasing of the refinery. By balancing the flow of each branch of the atmospheric furnace,the branch balance control can minimize the temperature difference of each branch so as to improve the service life of the furnace tube so as to achieve the purpose of the long period operation of the atmospheric furnace.
