摘 要:文章详细介绍了采用熔融共混挤出法,将PC、ABS、阻燃剂以及其他助剂通过双螺杆共混、挤出、造粒,制得新型无卤阻燃级PC/ABS合金材料的实验研究。深入探讨了不同组分加入量条件下对于复合材料性能的影响,最终制备出性能优异的PC/ABS合金材料,进一步拓宽了产品领域,提升了产品竞争力。In this paper, it is investigated in detail that the polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) flame retardant andother additives are mixed, extruded and granulated throughthe twin screw extruder by means of the melt blending extrusion and then the new non-halogen flame-retardant PC/ABS alloys are obtained.It is deeply discussed that the effects of different additiveamount of the components on the properties of composites.The new PC/ABS alloys with excellent performance were obtained ultimately.The product field of the company is further expanded and the competitiveness of the products is also enhanced.
