摘  要:为提高牛羊饲料的加工质量,为牛羊饲喂车设计双螺旋饲料搅拌机构,采用2个方向相反的螺旋结构搅拌饲料。详细介绍料箱、螺旋搅龙、出料口等关键部件的设计思路,通过计算确定电动机的主要参数。搅拌机设计合理,结构简单,能耗低。In order to improve the processing quality of cattle and sheep feed, a double-helix feed mixing mechanism was designed for the cattle and sheep feed feeding vehicle, which was stirred with two helical structures in opposite directions. The design ideas of key parts such as material box, screw auger and discharge hole are introduced in detail, and determine the main parameters of the motor by calculating. The mixer is reasonable in design, simple in structure and low in energy consumption.
