双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院(2014年1月至2016年月)收治的44例小儿腹泻患儿为本研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组22例,观察组给予双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗。观察并对比两组患儿的临床疗效和症状恢复时间以及治疗前后的免疫功能。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状恢复时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者CD_4/CD_8、IgG、IgA均有所提升,但观察组提升更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著,可有效缩短症状恢复时间,并提高机体免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinshuangqi tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder for treatment of infantile diarrhea curativeeffect and influence on immune function of children. Methods In our hospital （January 2014 ~2016 years） and 44 cases of children with infantilediarrhea were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group and control group, 22cases in each group, the observation group was given Jinshuangqi tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder treatment, the control group was giventhe treatment of Montmorillonite powder. The observation and clinical efficacy and symptoms of the two groups were compared and the recovery timeof immune function before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The observation group symptom recovery time was shorter than the control group, thedifference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the two groups of patients with CD4/CD8, IgG, IgA were improved, but the observationgroup was more obvious, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinshuangqi tablets combined with Montmorillonite powderfor treatment of infantile diarrhea curative effect, can effectively shorten the recovery time of the symptoms, and improve immune function, it is worthyof clinical promotion.
