优质护理对脑梗死患者康复的应用及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对脑梗死患者康复的应用效果。方法本次研究选取对象共68例,均为本院2016年9月至2017年11月所接收的脑梗死患者。分组采用数字表分组法,将所选取的研究对象分为两组,对照组患者接受的护理模式为常规护理,护理组患者接受的护理模式为优质护理。结果经对两组患者实施护理工作研究后发现,在患者各方面功能的恢复方面来看,即在运动能力(FMA)、日常生活能力(ADL)以及神经缺损情况(CSS)这几方面的评分来看,两组患者最终的护理结果均是存在显著差异的,即P<0.05。经对两组患者实施护理工作研究后发现,在护理工作满意度上,两组患者最终的护理结果均是存在显著差异的,即P<0.05。结论在脑梗死患者的康复护理工作当中,优质护理发挥着重要作用的,其可以有效提高患者对护理工作的满意程度,还可以有效提高患者对自身疾病的认识。应用价值较高,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing on rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 68 patients were selected from the hospital from September 2016 to November 2017. The group was divided into two groups by digital table grouping. The selected subjects were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the nursing group received the high quality nursing. Results After the implementation of nursing research of two groups of patients found that the recovery of function in patients in all aspects, namely in exercise capacity（FMA）, ability of daily life（ADL） and nerve defect（CSS） that some aspects of the score of the two groups of patients, the final results are significant nursing the difference, P〈0.05. After carrying out nursing research on two groups of patients, it was found that there was a significant difference between the two groups of patients in the final nursing outcomes, namely P〈0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing plays an important role in rehabilitation nursing of patients with cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work and effectively improve their understanding of their own diseases. The application value is high, and it is worth popularizing.
