摘　　要：目的总结椎间孔镜手术的护理合作及围手术期护理要点和护理经验。方法回顾性分析16例腰椎间盘突出症行椎间孔镜手术患者的临床资料。结果 16例患者手术顺利,切口愈合良好,未发生神经根损伤及感染,均已恢复出院。结论提高椎间孔镜手术的护理合作和围手术期护理是非常重要的。Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation and perioperative nursing points and nursing experience during intervertebral foramen. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 16 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Intervertebral foramen surgery. Results In 16 patients, the operation was smooth, the incision was healed well, no nerve root injury and infection occurred, all recovered and discharged. Conclusion It is very important to improve the nursing cooperation in Intervertebral foramen and perioperative nursing care.
