循证护理在住院精神分裂症患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨住院精神分裂症患者暴力行为、自杀、噎食问题的护理对策。方法将循证护理应用于精神分裂症患者,解决患者因症状支配产生的暴力行为、自杀、噎食问题的实践过程。结果 125例患者住院期间暴力行为明显降低,未发生自杀,噎食等行为。结论循证护理提高了护理质量,制定出最适合患者的护理对策,满足了患者需要,而且提高了精神科护理的专业性和特殊性。Objective To explore the care remedies of hospitalized schizophrenic patients with violence、suicide and choke. Methods Through using the Evidence-Based Nursing on hospitalized schizophrenic patients to settle the problem about violence、suicide and choke which produced by symptoms masterdom. Results The violence of 125 patients was reduced in hospital,without suicide and choke. Conclusions Evidence-Based Nursing improves the quality of nursing care.Making the best care remedies satisfies the needs of patients and improves the speciality of psychiatric nursing.
