摘　　要：目的探讨追踪方法学在改良皮下注射低分子肝素钙中的应用效果。方法运用追踪方法学进行护理质量安全管理,通过对皮下注射低分子肝素钙引起皮下出血的案例追踪,分析发生原因,制订并实施改进方案。结果应用追踪管理方法后皮下注射低分子肝素钙引起皮下出血的发生率与实施前比较有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论追踪方法学对预防皮下注射低分子肝素钙一些不良反应的发生起到积极作用,能有效降低皮下出血的发生率,保障患者安全,确保护理质量的持续改进。Objective To investigate the tracking methodology application effect in the improvement of subcutaneous injection oflow molecular heparin calcium. Methods Using the method of tracking method for security management of nursing quality,tracking through the case of subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin calcium cause subcutaneous bleeding,analysis of the cause,development and implementation of improved scheme. Results Application results of tracking management method after subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin calcium cause the incidence of subcutaneous bleeding has decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusions A positive effect on the prevention of subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin adverse reactions in study continuous tracing method,can effectively reduce the incidence rate of subcutaneous bleeding,to ensure the safety of patients,to ensure continuous improvement of nursing quality.
