老年患者使用一次性心电电极贴所致皮肤接触性皮炎的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨3M cavilon液体敷料和IV3000透明敷料在预防老年患者心电监护时应用一次性心电电极贴致皮肤接触性皮炎的效果研究。方法选取2017年1月~6月入住呼吸科并且使用心电监护1 d发生接触性皮炎的老年患者82例作为研究对象,采用自身对照研究,根据电极贴粘贴位置不同将其分为实验组和对照组。右锁骨中线与第2肋弓交界处及右肋弓下缘以下部位的区域,清洁皮肤后,先喷3M液体敷料1~2喷,待干后粘贴电极贴(实验组)。左锁骨中线与第2肋弓交界处及左肋弓下缘以下部位的区域,清洁皮肤后,先粘贴IV3000后粘贴电极片(对照组);两组更换时间均为2d/次,观察两组皮肤接触性皮炎的发生率。结果实验组和对照组皮肤接触性皮炎的发生率分别是3.66%、17.07%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.941,P<0.05)。结论 3M cavilon液体敷料能明显降低老年患者应用一次性心电电极贴所致的皮肤接触性皮炎,提高患者舒适度,提高心电监护质量,值得临床推荐使用。Object IVe To explore the effect of 3M liquid dressing and IV3000 on the prevention of ECG electrodesinduced skin contact dermatitis for elderly patients.Methods We choose 82 elderly patients with skin contact dermatitis after using ecg monitoring 1 day who l IVe in the respiratory department.Adopt the method of self-control study.The experimental side and the control side were distinguished based on paste position of electrodes,3M liquid dressing was applied in experimental side.IV3000 was applied in control side.The electrode was replaced with an interval of 48 h then the incidence of contact dermatitis when removing the electrode were compared in both groups.Results The experimental group and control group in the incidence of skin contact dermatitis was 3.66% and 17.07%,respect IVely,which indicated statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion 3M liquid dressing is effect IVe for the prevention of contact dermatitis and Improving patients＇ comfort and the quality of ecg monitoring, which is worth to be promoted clinically.
