摘　　要：目的探讨农村留守妇女人格特征与心理健康的关系,以及应对方式、社会支持的中介效应。方法采用艾森克人格问卷、症状自评量表、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表,对234名农村留守妇女进行调查。结果农村留守妇女人格特征中的神经质因子、应对方式、社会支持均可直接预测其心理健康状况,应对方式、社会支持在人格特征与心理健康间发挥部分中介效应。结论对农村留守妇女进行心理健康指导时,应注重应对方式及社会支持的中介作用,以各因素间的作用路径为依托,在全面评估的基础上给予个体针对性的干预措施,从而有效改善农村留守妇女的心理健康状况。Objective To examine the relationship between personality characteristics and psychological health, and the mediation effect of coping styles and social supports between personality characteristics and psychological health, among rural remaining women. Methods Totally 234 rural remaining women were investigated using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）, Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ） and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）. Results Neuroticism of personality characteristics, coping styles and social supports could predict psychological health direcfy. coping styles and social supports played a mediating role between personality characteristics and psychological health. Conclusion Nursing should Pay attention to the mediating roles of coping styles and social supports,provide comprehensive assessment and individualized psychosocial interventions and thereby to alleviate psychological health of rural remaining women.
