摘　　要：目的分析探讨快速康复外科护理对结、直肠癌围手术期的作用。方法将入选的接受结、直肠择期手术治疗患者64例,随机分为对照组32例(应用传统围手术期护理方法)及观察组32例(采用快速康复外科的新型围手术期护理方法),比较两组肛门恢复排气时间、进食时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间、住院治疗费用及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后进食时间、肛门恢复排气时间、住院时间、切开愈合时间、治疗总费用、术后恶心呕吐切口感染并发症发生率与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理方案应用于结、直肠手术可以明显提高患者的临床有效率,减低患者住院费用,提高患者术后生活质量,前景广阔,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of fast track surgery nursing on the perioperative period of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 64 cases underwent elective colorectal surgery patients were randomly divided into control group（32 cases using traditional methods of perioperative nursing） and observation group（32 cases of new methods of perioperative nursing by rapid rehabilitation surgery）, compared two groups of anal exhaust time, eating time, hospitalization time, the wound healing time, hospitalization complications and postoperative treatment costs. Results Observation group meal time, anus exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time, incision healing time, the total cost of treatment, and infection of incision, postoperative nausea and vomiting complications compared with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quick healing surgical nursing scheme applied to the junction, rectal surgery can significantly enhance the clinical effectiveness of patients, hospitalized patients with reduced cost, improve the patients quality of life, broad prospects, is worth promoting.
