达英35、二甲双胍、克罗米芬联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨达英35、二甲双胍、克罗米芬联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取我科68例PCOS伴不孕的患者,随机分为对照组(n=34)和实验组(n=34),对照组采用达英35+克罗米芬治疗,实验组采用达英35+二甲双胍+克罗米芬治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后,实验组E_2、T、LH、FSH水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组排卵率、妊娠率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达英35、二甲双胍、克罗米芬联合治疗PCOS伴不孕的效果显著,可有效改善患者性激素水平,提高成功妊娠率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the Diane 35, metformin and clomiphene combined with the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） complicated with infertility clinical curative effect. Methods In our hospital from 68 PCOS patients with infertility, were randomly divided into control group（n=34） and experimental group（n=34）, the control group using 35＋with clomiphene citrate, the experimental group used 35＋with metformin and clomiphene citrate, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of E2, T, LH and FSH in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diane 35, metformin and clomiphene citrate combined with PCOS treatment of infertile patients with significant effect, can effectively improve the level of sex hormone of patients, improve the success rate of pregnancy, is worthy of promotion.
