电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺手术126例临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺手术的临床效果。方法选择在2014年1月至2016年4月期间进入我院的肺癌患者252例,根据入院顺序的先后分为两组,对照组采用传统开胸手术治疗,实验组采用电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果对照组手术时间(22.36±7.03)min、术中出血量(251.76±8.64)mL、住院时间(18.35±1.56)d均与实验组手术时间(10.32±4.36)min、术中出血量(147.36±9.32)mL、住院时间(12.01±2.52)d差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组社会功能(60.32±5.46)、躯体功能(56.42±9.34)、认知功能(59.84±7.62)、角色功能(58.61±6.75)与实验组社会功能(82.36±5.75)、躯体功能(86.19±5.49)、认知功能(84.64±8.12)、角色功能(83.61±5.98)存在明显差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺手术临床效果明显,值得临床推广。Objective Clinical study of video-assisted thoracoscopic assisted small incision in lung surgery. Methods A total of 252 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to April 2016 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with traditional thoracotomy. The patients underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic assisted small incision Treatment, compared the two groups of clinical effects. Results The operative time（22.36±7.03） min, the intraoperative blood loss（251.76±8.64） mL, the hospitalization time（18.35±1.56） d and the experimental group（10.32±4.36） min, the intraoperative blood loss（147.36±9.32） mL and hospital stay（12.01±2.52） d were significantly different（P〈0.05）. The control group had social function（60.32±5.46）, physical function（56.42±9.34）, cognitive function（59.84±7.62）, role function（58.61±6.75） and experimental social function（82.36±5.75）, physical function（86.19± 5.49）, cognitive function（84.64±8.12）, role function（83.61±5.98）, there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopy assisted small incision lung surgery clinical effect is obvious, worthy of clinical promotion.
