优质护理预防老年卧床患者压疮的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对老年卧床患者的护理观察。方法选择老年住院患者60例,按照不同的护理方式分为对照组30例,采用常规护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上采用优质护理方法,观察两组患者压疮发生率和护理满意度。结果试验组患者的压疮发生率为3.3%,对照组患者的压疮发生率为20%,护理满意率试验组为100%,对照组为86.67%,两组数据比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以明显减少患者压疮发生率提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the nursing care of elderly patients with high quality nursing care. Methods 60 elderly patients selected for hospitalized, according to the different nursing methods were divided into control group 30 cases, using conventional methods of nursing, 30 cases of experimental group, high quality nursing methods on the basis of the control group, observe two groups of patients with pressure ulcer incidence rate and nursing satisfaction. Result Test group of patients with pressure ulcer occurred in 3.3% patients in the control group, the incidence rate of pressure ulcer was 20%, nursing satisfaction rate was 100% in the test group, the control group was 86.67%, two groups of data were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure sores and improve nursing satisfaction.
