缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀在高血压伴高脂血症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压伴高脂血症的临床效果。方法选取我科78例高血压合并高脂血症患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各39例,对照组采用氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀治疗,实验组采用缬沙坦+阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果实验组血压、血脂改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应概率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用缬沙坦+阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并高脂血症疗效确切,且不良反应少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods 78 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia in our department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amlodipine plus atorvastatin, and the experimental group was treated with valsartan plus atorvastatin. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results The improvement of blood pressure and blood lipids in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan plus atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia, and the adverse reaction is less. It is worth popularizing.
