摘　　要：目的探讨术后整体护理对多发性损伤患者的康复进度影响。方法收集2013年5月-2017年4月间本院收治的腹部多发性损伤患者52例,回顾临床护理方法并将入组患者分为:接受常规护理的对照组30例、接受术后整体护理的观察组22例。术后记录两组患者的康复进度。结果观察组患者的术后下床时间、引流管拔除时间、出院时间均短于对照组患者。结论术后整体护理可促进腹部多发性损伤患者的术后康复。Objective To explore the effect of postoperative holistic nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with multiple injuries. Methods a total of 52 cases of abdominal multiple injuries admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to April -2017 were collected, and the clinical nursing methods were reviewed. The patients in the study group were divided into two groups： the control group receiving routine nursing care and the observation group receiving holistic nursing after operation were 30 cases and 22 cases. The rehabilitation progress of the two groups of patients was recorded after the operation. Results： the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the time of removal of the bed, the extraction time of the drainage tube and the discharge time were shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion： postoperative holistic nursing can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with multiple abdominal injuries.
