隧道式拖线术治疗单纯性肛瘘的疗效与临床优越性分析

摘　　要：目的研究与分析隧道式拖线术治疗单纯性肛瘘的疗效与临床优越性。方法选取我院收治的单纯性肛瘘患者100例为对象进行研究,利用计算机将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组采取隧道式拖线术治疗,对照组采取传统挂线疗法。比较两组疗效、治愈时间以及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.0%(48/50),其中治愈37例、好转11例、无效2例,而对照组治疗有效率为80.0%(40/50),其中治愈28例、好转12例、无效10例,观察组与对照组相比显著较高,且P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。观察组不良反应发生率为6.0%(3/50),对照组不良反应发生率为16.0%(8/50),观察组与对照组相比显著较低,且P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论隧道式拖线术治疗单纯性肛瘘的疗效非常显著,且能有效缩短治愈时间,减少患者各种不良反应,因而具有良好的临床优越性,值得应用推广。Objective To study and analyze the curative effect and clinical superiority of Tunnel Thread dragging surgery in the treatment of simple anal fistula. Methods 100 cases of simple anal fistula patients in our hospital were selected as the object, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by computer, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with tunnel dragging thread, while the control group was treated with traditional thread drawing therapy. The curative effect, cure time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 96%（48/50）, 37 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, and the effective rate of the control group was 80%（40/50）, 28 cases were cured, 12 cases improved, 10 cases ineffective, the observation group was significantly higher compared with the control group, and the difference of P〈0.05 with statistical significance. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.0%（3/50）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 16.0%（8/50）. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the P0.05 difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of tunnel-type tow line therapy on simple anal fistula is very significant, and it can effectively shorten the healing time and reduce various adverse reactions of patients. Therefore, it has good clinical advantages and is worthy of application and promotion.
