重组人促红细胞生成素联合铁剂防治早产儿贫血的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析重组人促红细胞生成素联合铁剂防治早产儿贫血的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年6月我院收治的早产儿贫血的患儿89例为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分成两组,观察组和对照组,对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上联合重组人促红细胞生成素。对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果经1周、3周的治疗后,两组患儿的各项指标均有升高,较治疗前指标比较具有差异性,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患儿经治疗后的各项指标变化明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。治疗过程中,观察组患儿出现4例输血,占9.09%;对照组患儿出现11例输血,占24.44%;两组结果比较具有显著差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论早产儿贫血应用重组人促红细胞生成素联合铁剂防治的临床效果显著,有效预防患儿输血情况的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To study the anemia of prematurity： application of recombinant human erythropoietin in combination with clinical effects of iron treatment. Methods From January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital 89 cases of premature children with anemia as the research object, according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups, observation group and control group, control group children with conventional treatment, observation group were combined with recombinant human erythropoietin. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After one week, 3 weeks after treatment, the indicators between the two groups increased than before treatment compared with the difference, P〈0.05, with statistical significance; the observation group with the change of index after treatment was better than the control group, P0.05, has statistical significance. In the course of treatment, the observation group with 4 cases of blood transfusion, accounted for 9.09%; the control group were 11 cases of blood transfusion, accounting for 24.44%; the results were compared between the two groups have significant difference, P0.05, has statistical significance. ConclusionThe clinical effect of oxytocin combined with ferralium prevention of anemia in premature infants using recombinant human erythropoietin significantly, effectively prevent the occurrence of transfusion in children, worthy of promotion.
