摘　　要：目的研究分析心理护理对不孕不育患者不良心理与生活质量的影响。方法选我院2016年1月至2017年1月接收的212例不孕不育患者,利用随机抽取的方式均分对照组和观察组。对照组予以常规护理方法,观察组患者展开心理护理,比较不同护理方法对患者不良心理与生活质量的影响。结果护理后,两组患者生活质量均改善,且观察组患者改善效果显著于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者SDS与SAS评分下降幅度要显著于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为不孕不育症患者提供心理护理措施,对改善患者不良心理状态,提高生活质量具有非常重要的意义,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing on the unhealthy psychology and quality of life in infertile patients. Methods 212 infertile patients received in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. The control group and the observation group were equally divided by random sampling. The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the observation group received psychological care.Objective to compare the influence of different nursing methods on the unhealthy psychology and quality of life of the patients. Results After the nursing, the quality of life of the two groups improved, and the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After the nursing, the decrease of SDS and SAS scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Providing psychological nursing measures for infertile patients is of great significance to improve the patient＇s bad mental state and improve the quality of life, and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
