探究实施血细胞形态学检验对于发热患者病因诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究在发热患者病因诊断中进行血细胞形态学检验的效果。方法选择2016年12月至2017年12月发热患者100例为观察组,100例健康者为对照组,均接受血细胞形态学检验,分析结果。结果观察组血细胞形态学各项指标检出率均高于对照组;观察组细胞各项指标除MCH外其他均高于对照组。结论进行血细胞形态学检验能够对发热患者病因进行准确诊断。Objective To study the effect of hemocyte morphology test in etiological diagnosis of fever patients. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 100 patients with fever were selected as control group. Results The detectable rate of blood cell morphology in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the cell indexes in the observation group except MCH were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The etiology of febrile patients can be accurately diagnosed by blood cell morphological examination.
