摘　　要：科技期刊社域文化的建设主要包括价值理念、行为规范和技术制品三个层次,在对这三个层次的内涵进行分析的基础上,对科技期刊社域文化的构建提出了几点建议:(1)坚持以人为本;(2)树立共同的目标;(3)建立和谐的内部关系;(4)建立完善的考核制度;(5)提供丰富的培训、交流机会。The construction of cultural system of sci-tech periodicals includes three levels,which are value idea, behavior criterion and technical product.On the basis of connotation analysis of three levels,some suggests are proposed： ①insisting on people first;②establish a common target;③Building a harmonious internal relationship;④establish a perfect examination system; ⑤provide rich training and communication opportunities.
