摘　　要：目的探讨蜡疗治疗进行性指掌角皮症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月我科门诊60例进行性指掌角皮症患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,治疗组为蜡疗后涂曲安奈德尿素乳膏,对照组为单涂曲安奈德尿素乳膏,治疗1个月后作疗效评价。结果两组有效率比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(χ~2=8.86,P<0.05);治疗过程中,治疗组与对照组均无不良反应。结论蜡疗治疗进行性指掌角皮症是一种有效可靠的方法,为治疗进行性指掌角皮症提供新的路径。Objective To explore the clinical effect of waxing therapy on the progressive keratosis. Methods 60 patients with progressive keratosis were selected from January 2017 to December 2017, and randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group applied Annaide urea cream after waxing treatment, and the control group applied single Annaide urea cream for treatment after January. Results Compared the two groups, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The difference was significant（χ~2=8.86, P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group. Conclusion Wax therapy is an effective and reliable method to provide a new route for the treatment of progressive keratosis.
