中药联合穴位贴敷治疗干燥综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合穴位贴敷治疗干燥综合征(SS)的临床疗效。方法收集2012年7月至2017年7月雅安市人民医院中西医结合科住院及门诊收治的58例SS患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,按治疗方法不同分为中医组和西医组,各29例,中医组给予中药联合穴位贴敷治疗,西医组给予硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,观察比较两组在口干、眼干、口腔溃疡等症状的改善情况,检测分析类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)两项实验室指标变化,同时记录药物不良反应情况,评价总体疗效。结果中医组口干、眼干症状改善趋势显著于西医组(P<0.05)。中医组口腔溃疡好转及消失时间均显著早于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医组RF、ESR水平改善程度更显著于西医组(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应比较(P>0.05)。结论中药联合穴位贴敷治疗干燥综合征疗效更显著于西药硫酸羟氯喹片,且不增加药物不良反应,值得临床推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of Sjogren＇s syndrome （SS）. Methods The clinical data of 58 SS patients admitted to the department of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Ya＇an People＇s Hospital from July 2012 to July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups： traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, each of 29 cases, the Chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking, and the Western medicine group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets. The improvement of the symptoms such as dry mouth, dry eyes and oral ulcer were observed and compared between the two groups. The rheumatoid factor （RF）, erythrocyte sedimentation Rate （ESR） changes in the two laboratory indicators, and record adverse drug reactions to assess the overall efficacy. Results The improvement trend of dry mouth and dry eye in TCM group was signifcantly （P〈0.05）. The improvement and disappearance of oral ulcer in TCM group were signifcantly earlier than those in Western medicine group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the improvement of RF and ESR in TCM group was more signifcant in Western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Two groups of adverse drug reactions （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking treatment of Sjogren＇s syndrome is more effective in Western medicine hydroxychloroquine tablets, and does not increase the drug side effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
