摘　　要：目的研究分析心肌梗死患者应用品管圈护理的价值。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的100例心肌梗死患者对其应用传统护理方法,作为对照组,2016年2月至2017年2月收治的120例心肌梗死患者应用品管圈护理方法,作为实验组,比较两组心肌梗死患者护理前后的自我效能评分。结果对实验组应用品管圈护理,对照组应用传统护理,两组心肌梗死患者在护理前的自我效能评分比较,差异不明显;而护理后实验组比观察组患者自我效能评分高,差异显著。结论对于心肌梗死患者,应用品管圈护理跟应用传统护理方法比较,患者自我效能评分高。Objective To study the analysis of patients with myocardial infarction should circle care value. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 100 patients with myocardial infarction（mi） on the application of traditional nursing method, as the control group, in February 2016-February 2017 treated 120 cases of patients with myocardial infarction should circle care method, as the experimental group, compared two groups of patients with myocardial infarction（mi） self-efficacy scores before and after nursing. Results The experimental group should circle care, the control group used traditional nursing, two groups of patients with myocardial infarction in self-efficacy scores compared before treatment, no significant difference; and nursing after the experimental group than the observation group of patients self-efficacy score is high, the difference is significant. Conclusion For patients with myocardial infarction（mi）, should be circle care compare with traditional nursing method, patients with high self-efficacy scores.
