摘　　要：近年来糖尿病的患病率显著增长,长期的血糖、血脂、蛋白质代谢紊乱,会引发眼、心脏、肾脏、神经和血管的慢性损害甚至功能衰竭等。糖尿病足部病变是其最常见的并发症之一,是致残率最高的并发症。本文主要就糖尿病足目前的诊疗研究进展做论述。In recent years, the prevalence of diabetes increases significantly. Long-term metabolic disorder of blood glucose, lipid and protein, can cause multi-system damages including chronic injury and failure of heart, eyes, kidneys, nerves and vessels etc. Diabetic foot is one of the most common complications, and it is the most disabling complication in diabetic complications. The research progress of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot is summarized in this paper.
