集束化护理在支气管动脉栓塞术治疗肺结核大咯血患者中的应用效果及并发症观察

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在支气管动脉栓塞术治疗肺结核大咯血患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性的选择2016年3月至2017年3月本院收治的肺结核大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞术治疗的患者98例,设分为对照组与观察组,每组各49例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取集束化护理,对比两组健康状态、情绪状态等生活质量及并发症发生率。结果观察组生活质量健康状态(90.29±2.16)分、情绪状态(92.54±2.26)分、认知功能(93.49±2.25)分、社会和家庭功能(91.58±2.13)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率28.57%低于对照组63.27%(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理应用在支气管动脉栓塞术治疗肺结核大咯血中,能有效提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with massive hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization. Methods Retrospective selection of March 2016-March 2017 in our hospital for tuberculosis in patients with massive hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization 98 cases, the patients were divided into the control group and observation group, each group of 49 cases, the control group to take routine care, observation group to take Intensive care, compared the two groups of health status, emotional status and quality of life and the rate of complications. Results The health status of life group（90.29±2.16）, emotional state（92.54±2.26）, cognitive function（93.49±2.25）, social and family function（91.58±2.13） were higher than those in control group P〈0.05）. The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 28.57% lower than that in the control group（63.27%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of cluster therapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization can improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
