摘　　要：介绍了一种机架产品全套射芯模生产工艺。从砂芯排版,模具本体设计,射嘴与排气设计等方面分析了射芯模具的设计。分享了主要射芯参数的选择,针对射芯砂芯典型问题提供了常用解决方案。This paper introduced a complete set of core mold production technology for rack product.The design of shooting core mold was analyzed from sand core typesetting,mold body design,shooting nozzle and exhausting design.The selection of the main shooting parameters was shared. The common solutions for typical problems of shot cores were put forward.
