摘　　要：为研究旅游安全事故高效应急合作处置的路径,以阳朔2005—2017年的32起旅游安全事故案例为样本,采用社会网络分析方法,分析阳朔旅游安全事故跨组织合作处置的网络结构特征。研究结果表明:阳朔旅游安全事故合作网络呈现跨层级、跨区域和跨组织合作的结构特征,组织间整体的合作水平较高,合作网络的凝聚力也较强;阳朔县公安部门是阳朔旅游安全事故跨组织合作网络中最为核心的节点,在各类旅游安全事故的处置中发挥着关键作用;不同类型的旅游安全事故,核心救援组织有所差异。最后,根据相关研究结果,提出跨组织合作优化建议。In order to study the path of high-efficiency emergency cooperation disposal for the tourism safety accidents,taking32 tourism safety accidents in Yangshuo from 2005 to 2017 as samples,the network structure characteristics of the cross-organization cooperation disposal for the tourism safety accidents in Yangshuo were analyzed by using the social network analysis method. The results showed that the cooperation network of tourism safety accidents in Yangshuo presented the structural characteristics of cross-level cooperation,cross-region cooperation and cross-organization cooperation,the overall cooperation level among the organizations was relatively high,and the cohesion of the cooperation network was also strong. The Yangshuo Public Security Department was the most central node in the cross-organization cooperation network of tourism safety accidents in Yangshuo,and it played a key role in the disposal of various types of tourism safety accidents. The core rescue organizations were different for different types of tourism safety accidents. Finally,the optimization suggestions of cross-organization cooperation were put forward according to the related results.
