摘 要:研究了不同空气间隔装药结构对光面爆破效果的影响,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力分析软件建立实体模型,对5种不同空气间隔装药结构进行数值模拟,并对应力云图及有效应力时程曲线比较分析。研究结果表明:数值计算结果和模拟结果基本吻合,下部装药结构孔口应力集中,基本不采用;短进尺掘进宜采用上部空气间隔装药;中等长度掘进宜采用中部空气间隔装药;在不拒爆条件下长进尺掘进宜采用分段空气间隔装药或小药卷直径装药。The influence of different air-deck charge structures on the smooth blasting effect was studied. A solid model was established by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA dynamic analysis software,then the numerical simulation was carried out on five different air-deck charge structures,and the stress cloud maps and the effective stress time-history curves were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the results of numerical calculation were basically consistent with the simulation results.The lower charge structure should not be adopted basically due to the stress concentration in the orifice. The upper air-deck charge was preferred for the short footage excavation,the middle air-deck charge was preferred for the medium-length excavation,and the divided air-deck charge or small cartridge diameter charge was preferred for the long footage excavation under the non-misfire condition.
