摘　　要：目的探讨3.0T核磁共振SWI序列扫描对脑外伤患者的隐匿性轴索损伤及微出血的诊断优势和诊断意义。方法使用3.0T飞利浦核磁共振机,对15例CT检查阴性临床症状明显头外伤患者进行SWI序列扫描,检出弥漫性轴索损伤9例,颅内多发小出血病灶13例,为临床积极治疗提供了准确的影像诊断。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and diagnostic value of 3.0T nuclear magnetic resonance SWI sequence scanning in the diagnosis of occult axonal injury and micro hemorrhage in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods Using 3.0T PHILPS MRI machines, SWI sequence scanning on the clinical symptoms of 15 cases of CT negative signifcant head trauma were detected in 9 cases of diffuse axonal injury, 13 cases were multiple small intracranial hemorrhage,accurately diagnosed by clinical treatment.
