大黄配伍芒硝封包外敷用于剖宫产术后腹壁切口脂肪液化的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄配伍芒硝封包局部外敷治疗剖宫产术后腹壁切口脂肪液化的效果。方法选取我院收治的行剖宫产后腹壁切口出现脂肪液化的产妇122例,随机分为两组,实验组62例,对照组60例。实验组将大黄、芒硝研磨成粉后以1:2比例配伍混匀制备成封包,敷于腹壁切口,对照组则将切口重新打开,冲洗切口并充分引流,消毒换药。观察两组病例切口感染率、二期缝合例数及愈合率、愈合时间等。结果实验组病例切口感染、二期缝合等切口愈合不良情况明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而切口愈合率和愈合所需时间等反应切口愈合的指标则明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄配伍芒硝封包局部外敷用于剖宫产术后腹壁切口脂肪液化,能够降低切口感染率,缩短切口愈合时间,促进切口愈合。Objective To observe the effect of Rhubarb plus Glauber＇s salt package for external application on the puerperal abdominal wall incision.Methods Collected 122 puerpers who conducted the cesarean section in our hospital and suffered abdominal wall incision fat liquefaction.Then divided the patients into two groups, which experience group contained 62 patients,and the control group contained 60 patients. The Rhubarb plus Glauber＇s salt package at a ratio of 12 and packaged for external application on puerperal abdominal wall incision.In the control group, the incision was reopened,the incision was washed and the drainage was fully drained to disinfect the medicine.The incidence of incisional infection, two cases of suture,healing rate, healing time, and so on were observed in the two groups.Result The cases of wound infection in the experimental group and the two stage suture were less than the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）, while the healing rate of the incision and the time required for healing were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rhubarb plus Glauber＇s salt package topical application for fat liquefaction of abdominal incision after cesarean section can reduce wound infection rate, shorten incision healing time and promote wound healing.
