美托洛尔联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究美托洛尔和小剂量胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤的效果及对LAD/LVEF的影响。方法选取2016年2月18日—2017年5月16日收治的阵发性房颤患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各50例患者。观察组实施美托洛尔和小剂量胺碘酮治疗;对照组采取常规治疗。将两组患者的LAD/LVEF和不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果观察组阵发性房颤患者LAD/LVEF优于对照组各项指标,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阵发性房颤患者不良反应发生率2.00%,低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用美托洛尔和小剂量胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤具有显著效果,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol and low-dose amiodarone on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and its effect on LAD/LVEF. Methods 100 patients with paroxysmal atrial fbrillation admitted in our hospital from February 18, 2016 to May 16, 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with metoprolol and low-dose amiodarone. The control group was treated with routine treatment. LAD/LVEF and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The LAD/LVEF of paroxysmal atrial fbrillation patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in paroxysmal AF patients in the observation group was 2.00%, which was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol and low-dose amiodarone are effective and safe in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fbrillation.
