黄芪联合大剂量维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液联合大剂量维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月我院住院治疗的92例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组。其中,对照组采用常规疗法,观察组采用黄芪注射液联合大剂量维生素C治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患儿总体情况、治疗效果及临床症状的改善情况优于对照组患儿,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液联合大剂量维生素C的临床效果良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of astragalus injection combined with high-dose vitamin C in the treatment of infantile viral myocarditis. Methods 92 cases of viral myocarditis hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, the control group was treated with routine therapy. The observation group was treated with astragalus injection combined with high-dose vitamin C, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the overall situation of the children in the observation group, the effect of treatment and the improvement of clinical symptoms were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of astragalus injection combined with large dose of vitamin C is good and has high clinical value.
