化疗间歇期随访路径表对淋巴瘤患者院外生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察化疗间歇期随访路径表对淋巴瘤患者院外生活质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的100例淋巴瘤患者,所有淋巴瘤患者的收取时间(2015年1月10日—2016年5月5日),采用电脑随机法,将全部患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),两组患者分别实施化疗间歇期随访路径表以及常规随访。结果随访前,观察组生理机能、心理正常情绪、社会融入感以及独立生理能力评分和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过随访后,观察组患者生理机能、心理正常情绪、社会融入感以及独立生理能力高于对照组患者各项评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对淋巴瘤患者实施化疗间歇期随访路径表,能显著提高患者院外生活质量,促进患者康复。Objective To observe the effect of chemotherapy intermission follow-up path table on the quality of life outside the hospital for lymphoma patients. Methods 100 patients with lymphoma and all patients with lymphoma were selected from January 10, 2015 to May 5, 2016 were selected as the study objects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. Two groups of patients were treated with chemotherapy intermittent follow-up path table and regular follow-up. Results Before follow up, the scores of physiological function, mental normal emotion, social inclusion and independent physiological ability of the observation group were not statistically signifcant （P 〉 0.05）. After follow-up, the physiological function, mental normal emotion, social inclusion and independent physiological ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The follow-up path table for patients with lymphoma can signifcantly improve the quality of life outside the hospital and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
