摘  要:近年来,我国城市商业银行越来越重视个人理财业务的发展,把其作为增加中间业务收入、转变经营方式的重要支点。城商行个人理财业务发展迅速,但也存在着产品同质化、潜在风险大、人才弱势、渠道欠缺等方面的问题,严重制约了城商行理财业务发展的品质和潜力。城商行只有加大产品研发、注重个性服务、优化人才队伍、开拓信息化、多元化的营销渠道,才能突破瓶颈,从而建立自身在个人理财业务领域的核心竞争力。In recent years, China's urban commercial banks pay more and more attention to the development of individual financing business, and regard it as an important fulcrum for increasing the income of intermediary business and changing the mode of operation. Urban commercial bank's individual financing business is developing rapidly, but there are also many problems such as product homogenization, high potential risk, talent weakness and lack of channels, which seriously restrict the quality and potential of the development of finance service of city commercial banks. Only by increasing product research and development, focusing on personalized services, optimizing talent team, developing information and diversified marketing channels, can urban commercial banks break through the bottleneck and establish their core competitiveness in the field of individual financing business.
