摘　　要：在高校科学定位、转型发展过程中,学生工作的内部与外部环境均发生了剧变,原有的关于学生工作的定位、内容体系、队伍建设已经不能完全适应变化和发展了的环境。为此,只有从观念的转变、工作的学科化、岗位的职业化、队伍的专业化、内容体系的科学化几方面实现高校学生工作的专业化发展,才能顺应时代,使学生工作在高等教育的变革中与时俱进,创新发展。During the process of scientific orientation and transformation of colleges and universities, the internal and external environments of student work have undergone drastic changes. The original orientation, content system, and team building of student work can no longer fully adapt to the changing and developing environment. For this reason, only by the transformation of concepts, the discipline of work, the professionalization of positions, the professionalization of teams, and the scientificization of content systems in order to realize the professional development of student work in universities can we adapt to the times and enable students to work in higher education. The reforms advance with the times, innovation and development.
