摘 要:本文首先简要介绍了玻璃材料的理论基础,阐述了光伏玻璃压延成型过程中温度对各物理参数的影响,并对玻璃成型中的一些边界条件做了必要的假设,然后在此基础上建立了玻璃压延成型段的数值模型,借助数值模拟分析软件,把玻璃成型段的相关数据设置到相应的边界条件中,模拟得出光伏玻璃压延成型的过程及光伏玻璃温度场、速度场的分布情况。In this paper, the theoretical basis of glass material was briefly introduced, and the influence of tempera- ture on the physical parameters in the forming process of the photovoltaic glass was expounded, and some necessary assumptions were made on some boundary conditions in the glass molding. On this basis, a numerical model of the glass calendering section was set up, and the numerical simulation was used to analyze the soft. The related data of the glass forming section were set to the corresponding boundary conditions, and the process of the photovoltaic glass calendaring and the distribution of the temperature field and velocity field of the photovoltaic glass were simulated.
