起重机开式齿轮传动失效模式原因分析

摘　　要：现代机械设备虽然种类繁多,形式多样,但齿轮传动仍然是目前被广泛采用的主要传动形式之一,齿轮的失效轻则影响起重机不能正常运行,重则酿成重大安全事故,危及人民群众的生命财产安全。本文简要介绍了开式齿轮传动和闭式齿轮传动的区别及齿轮传动的失效模式,主要分析开式齿轮传动的失效模式对起重机安全正常运行的影响。Although there are many kinds and various forms of modern machinery, the gear transmission is still one of the main transmission forms which axe widely used at present. The light failure of the gear will affect the crane＇s failure to operate normally. The weight of the gear will lead to a major safety accident, endangering the safety of the people＇s life and property.This paper briefly introduced the difference between open and closed gear transmission and the failure mode of the gear transmission. It mainly analyzed the effect of the failure mode of the open type gear transmission on the safe and normal operation of the crane.
