摘 要:本文采用静态淋滤式的试验研究黑龙江某铜矿集中开采区矿山矿石中重金属在不同条件下的溶出规律和特性, 特别选择黑龙江某铜矿的低品位硫化矿样品进行试验.结果表明, 该样品酸中和能力很强、 含碳酸盐矿物较多; 淋滤实验中渗滤液pH值的检测也表明, 该样品中重金属的迁移环境为碱性; 随着淋滤液pH值的升高, 矿样重金属的浸出率先降后升, 当pH=6时趋于稳定; 随着淋滤温度的升高, 矿样重金属的浸出率逐渐升高, 当T=35℃时趋于稳定; 在常年雨水 (pH=5~6) 的淋滤作用下, 该地区的低品位硫化矿中重金属元素虽然有一定浓度水平的溶出, 但重金属迁移的环境为不利的碱性条件, 故而重金属溶出的浓度水平总体偏低.根据本文的试验结果, 初步推断低品位硫化矿的堆积对周围环境潜在的污染威胁程度很低, 基本可以忽略不计.In this paper, the leaching law- and characteristics of heavy metals in the mine ore of a copper mine in Hei- longjiang were studied by static leaching test, and the low- grade sulfide ore samples of a copper mine in Heilongjiang are specially selected. The results showed that, its acid neutralization ability was very strong, with more carbonate minerals; the pH value test of the leaehate also showed that, the heavy metals were migrating in a alkaline environ- ment; with the increase of pH, the leaching of heavy metals in samples was "down to up", and tended to be stable at pH of 6; with the increase of the leaching temperature, leaching of heavy metals in the samples was increasing, and tended to be stable at 35℃. The heavy metal elements in the low grade sulfide ore of this area were dissolved in a cer- tain concentration level, but the environment of heavy metal migration was unfavorable alkaline conditions, so the concentration level of heavy metals dissolved was generally low- under the leaching of rainwater (pH-5 to 6). Based on the results of this paper, it was preliminarily deduced that the threat of low-grade sulfide deposits to the surrounding environment was very low- and could be ignored.
