复发性真菌性阴道炎治疗中伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究复发性真菌性阴道炎治疗中伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓的应用效果。方法对照组选用伊曲康唑治疗,研究组选用伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗;比较两组复发性真菌性阴道炎治疗后总有效率、复发率。结果对比对照组,研究组治疗后复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论复发性真菌性阴道炎治疗中伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of itraconazole combined with Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis.Methods the control group was treated with itraconazole,and the study group was treated with itraconazole combined with Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories, and the total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups of recurrent fungal vaginitis after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the study group was lower after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of itraconazole combined with Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis is signi？cant and worthy of popularization and application.
