开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽颊炎的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽颊炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择2016年3月~2018年2月在我院儿科就诊的疱疹性咽颊炎患儿共102例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用开喉剑喷雾剂喷患处,评估口咽部疼痛消失时间、疱疹消失时间,有无不良反应等。结果治疗组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为90.3%、89.6%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组口咽部疼痛消失时间(2.02±0.74)天,明显短于对照组的(4.25±0.58)天;治疗组疱疹消失时间(5.15±0.78)天,明显短于对照组的(7.73±0.66)天。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组仅有2例出现恶心、呕吐表现,无其他不良反应。结论开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽颊炎可缩短患儿疼痛时间,有利于疱疹消退,值得在临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effect and security of Kaihoujian-spray in treating herpangina for children.Methods We selected 102 children who infected herpangina from March 2016 to February 2018 as the research object. They are randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（51 cases） and the control group（51 cases）.The two groups both received the routine treatment,but the treatment group extra treated with Kaihoujian-spray spraying the affected areas.Results Total effective rate is 90.3% in the treatment group and 89.6% in the control group.There was no statistically signi？cant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The time that disappeared of the pain in the oropharynx was （2.02±0.74） days in the treatment group and （4.25±0.58） days in the control group.The time that disappeared of the oral herpes was （5.15±0.78） days in the treatment group and （7.73±0.66） days in the control group. There was statistically signi？cant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Only 2 patients in the treatment group showed nausea and vomiting but no other adverse reaction.Conclusion Kaihoujian-spray can shorten the time of oropharynx pain in treating herpangina for children,and is favorable for herpes degrading.It＇s worth promoting in clinic.
