摘 要:为研制全固态单频调Q激光器,研究设计了用于种子注入的Nd∶YAG调Q激光振荡器,通过理论分析并结合谐振腔指标要求确定了激光谐振腔的腔长和最佳输出镜透过率。实验中,振荡器自由运转时,最高输出功率8.21 W,光光效率和斜效率分别为38%和47.7%。工作在调Q状态时,输出脉冲功率为4.28 W,脉冲宽度为6.6 ns,其斜率效率为28.9%。计算得到脉冲能量为8.6 mJ,对应的峰值功率为1.3 MW。测得输出光束质量指标为M_x^2=1.22(水平方向),M_y^2=1.29(垂直方向),接近衍射极限。实验得到的结果满足预期指标要求。A Q-switched Nd∶YAG oscillator for seed injection was designed to develop all solid state single-frequency Q-switched laser.The cavity length of the oscillator and the optimum transmittance of the output coupler are identified via theoretical analysis together with index requirement.In the experiment,the oscillator has maximum output power of 8.21 W when operating at free-running mode.The optical-to-optical efficiency is 38% and the slop efficiency is 47.7%.A pulse power of 4.28 W and a pulse width of 6.6 ns are obtained in the Q-switched operation,corresponding to the slop efficiency of 28.9%.The pulse energy is 8.6 mJ and the pulse peak power is 1.3 MW.The output beam qualities of M_x^2= 1.22(horizontal direction) and M_y^2= 1.29(vertical direction) are tested,which is fraction-limited.The results of the experiment is satisfied to the anticipated index requirements.
