超早期血肿穿刺手术治疗高龄高血压脑出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察超早期血肿穿刺手术治疗高龄高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2018年4月收治的40例高龄高血压脑出血患者,按照手术治疗的时间分组,将40例患者分为观察组(n=20)、对照组(n=20)。观察组实行超早期微创手术治疗,对照组实行延迟期血肿穿刺手术治疗,使用统计学软件SPSS 19.0,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果两组半年生存率、ADLI^III级优良率、病死率比较,差异性均显著,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率为15%,对照组并发症发生率为35%,差异性均显突出,P<0.05。结论高龄高血压脑出血治疗中,实行超早期血肿穿刺手术,对提高患者生存质量、改善患者日常生活能力、并发症发生几率,均有积极的影响,值得在高龄高血压脑出血治疗中予以应用和推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of super early hematoma puncture in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the elderly. Methods Forty elderly hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to April 2018 were selected and divided into observation group （n=20） and control group （n=20）according to the time of surgical treatment. The observation group was treated with ultxa-early minimally invasive surgery, while the control group was treated with delayed hematoma puncture surgery, statistical software SPSS 19.0 was used to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the half year survival rate,flae excellent and good rate of ADL Ⅰ～Ⅲ grade and the mortality rate,P〈0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 15%, and the complication rate in the control group was 35%.The difference was significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of high age hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,the implementation of ultra early hematoma puncture operation has positive influence on improving the patient＇s quality of life,improving the patient＇s daily life ability and the incidence of complications.It is worth applying and popularizing in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the elderly.
