摘　　要：目的研究分析耳软骨并联合分离的耳软骨膜行鼻尖塑形的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年3月~2018年1月收治的50例鼻尖塑形隆鼻的整形患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,研究组和对照组。对照组整形患者使用硅胶假体进行鼻尖塑形手术,研究组整形患者采用耳软骨并联合分离的耳软骨膜行鼻尖塑形的方法进行手术。对比两组患者在不同手术方法下鼻尖塑形效果,并对比两组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组患者的整形有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),并且不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳软骨并联合分离的耳软骨膜行鼻尖塑形的临床效果显著,安全性更高,值得推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of ear cartilage combined with separated ear soft periosteum for shaping nasal tip. Methods Fifty patients with nasal tip shaping and nose augmentation admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,t^e research group and the control group.The plastic patients in the control group were treated with silicone prosthesis for tip shaping,while the plastic patients in the research group were treated with auricular cartilage and separated auricular cartilage membrane for tip shaping .The shaping effect of the nasal tip of the two groups of patients under different surgical methods was compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients was compared. Results the effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the ear cartilage combined with the separation of the periosteum for shaping the nasal tip has significant clinical effect and higher safety.It is worthy of popularization and application.
