摘　　要：目的分析研究我国体育领域契约精神缺失的表现,指出契约精神缺失的原因,并提供理论参考,希望改善我国体育领域契约精神缺失的现状,促进我国体育事业的健康发展。方法采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法以及案例分析法。结果和结论希望完善契约制度,规范诚信机制,培养契约精神;健全相关法律法规,构建契约型社会;提高法律意识,建立监督体系。Objective To analyze the performance of the deficiency of contract spirit in China＇s sports field, point out its reasons, and provide theoretical reference for improving the healthy development of the sports industry in China. Methods Literature, logical analysis and case analysis method were used. Results and Conclusion This article aims to perfect the contract system, standardize the good faith mechanism, cultivate the spirit of contract, improve the relevant laws and regulations, build a contract type society, improve the legal consciousness and establish the supervision system.
