摘  要:采用动态热机械分析仪研究了竹材不同部位制得的径向竹篾的动态热力学性能。结果表明:测试频率对竹材径向的动态热力学性能影响较小;竹材不同部位制得的径向竹篾的储能模量(E′)均随着试验温度的升高而逐渐降低,损耗模量(E″)和损耗角正切都随着试验温度的升高而逐渐上升;三种径向竹篾的玻璃化转变温度值非常接近,储能模量的大小顺序为:基部径向竹篾<中部径向竹篾<梢部径向竹篾;在径向竹帘胶合的生产中增大梢部径向竹篾的使用量,有利于提高其耐温能力。The dynamic mechanical properties of radial bamboo strips in the different parts of bamboo were tested by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).The results show that the test frequency has little effect on dynamic mechanical properties of radial direction of bamboo; the storage modulus (E') of radial bamboo strips in the different parts of bamboo gradually decrease with experimental temperatures increasing, and their tangent delta and loss modulus (E") gradually increase; and the glass transition temperature of three kinds of radial bamboo strips are pretty close to, and their size of the order of the storage modulus(E') are radial bamboo strips in base 〈 radial bamboo strips in middle 〈 radial bamboo strips in tip. Increasing the amount of end radial bamboo strips used in radial bamboo curtain veneering is beneficial to improve its temperature tolerance.
