摘　　要：目的:研究IL-26在慢性盆腔炎中的作用及可能的分子机制。方法:收集临床60例慢性盆腔炎患者和60例健康人的血清及盆腔液样品,分别测定血清及盆腔液中IL-26的表达水平,并在同一样品中检测IL-17和IL-37的表达水平,研究IL-26表达水平与IL-17及IL-37表达水平之间的相关性。分离慢性盆腔炎急性发作期患者的外周血CD4^+T细胞和单核细胞,加入抗CD3单克隆抗体共培养,检测培养上清Th17型细胞因子IL-17、IL-23和Treg细胞因子IL-10、TGF-β1的表达。结果:慢性盆腔炎患者血清及盆腔穿刺液中IL-26表达水平上调,且与IL-17的表达呈正相关,与IL-37的表达呈负相关。IL-26能促进CD4^+T细胞和单核细胞的IL-17和IL-23的分泌,抑制IL-10和TGF-β1的产生。结论:IL-26在慢性盆腔炎患者体内表达上调并且能促进CD4^+T细胞和单核细胞的IL-17和IL-23的分泌,IL-26有潜力成为治疗慢性盆腔炎的新靶点。Objective： To study the role of IL-26 and its molecular mechanism in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： Serum and peritoneal fluid samples were collected in 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and another 60 healthy controls. The level of IL-26,together with IL-17 and IL-37 was measured respectively in serum and peritoneal fluid,and the relationship of IL26 and IL-17 and IL-37 was observed. In addition,CD4~＋T cells and monocytes were isolated from the peripheral blood samples from patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and co-cultured with anti-CD3 antibody to detect the serum levels of IL-17,IL-23,IL-10 and TGF-β1. Results： The expression of IL-26 was significantly up-regulated in serum and pelvic puncture fluid samples of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and was positively related to IL-17 level,yet negatively to IL-37 expression. IL-26 was capable of promoting secretion of IL-17 and IL-23,yet inhibiting IL-10 and TGF-β1 production. Conclusion： IL-26 is up-regulated in the serum and pelvic puncture fluid of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and can promote secretion of IL-17 and IL-23,suggesting that IL-26 may be a potential target for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
