摘  要:塑料制品需求量的增大促进了模具工业的发展,对模具钢的性能要求也越来越高。根据塑料模具钢的使用要求、工况和合金元素在钢中的作用,自主研制了一种新型塑料模具钢35CrMnSiMoNi,通过金相分析、XRD物相分析和力学性能检测研究了不同正火工艺对该材料组织和性能的影响,结果表明920℃奥氏体化、保温0.25h^1.0h后,材料具有较好的综合性能。分析了不同正火工艺热处理后,试验材料组织和性能变化的原因。The rapid development of the demand for plastic products has promoted the development ofthe die industry, and the performance requirements for die steel have become higher and higher. Ac-cording to the use requirements and working conditions of plastic die steel, as well as the role of alloy-ing elements in the steel, the new type of plastic die steel 35CrMnSiMoNi has been independently de-veloped. Through the metallographic analysis, XRD phase analysis and mechanical properties testing, theeffect of different normalizing process on the microstructure and properties of the material has beenstudied. The result indicates that the material has good comprehensive properties after austenitizing at920°C and holding for 0.25~1.0h. The reasons for the changes in microstructure and properties of thetest materials after heat treatment in different normalizing processes have been analyzed.
