摘  要:通过对我厂35t/h KKG热风冲天炉结构的改造,优化了冲天炉的熔炼工艺,提高了增碳系数,使铁液出炉温度稳定在1500~1550℃,显著提高了铸件性能。同时减少修炉次数和修炉材料用量,节约了生产成本。Through the reconstruction of the 35t/h KKG hot blast cupola structure, the smelting processof the cupola furnace has been optimized. The carbon increase coefficient has been increased, and themolten iron temperature is stable at 1500-1550℃, while the casting performance has been significantlyimproved. At the same time, the number of repairs and the amount of material used to repair the fur-nace has been reduced, which saves production costs.
