摘　　要：针对大型扁平齿轮室铸件在生产过程中出现的呛孔缺陷,分析其产生原因,并通过优化浇注系统、倾斜浇注、增加溢流冒口等措施,彻底消除了齿轮室呛孔的缺陷,实现零缺陷铸件生产。Aiming at the gas hole defect in the production process of large flat gear case castings, thereasons have been analyzed. By measures of optimizing of the pouring system, tilt pouring, and increas-ing the overflow riser, the defects have been eliminated thoroughly. Finally, the zero defect productionhas been realized.
